HR Business Partner

As a HR Business Partner you work closely together with management and employees providing them with solid advice and feedback on HR topics and the yearly HR performance cycle. And you contribute to our company objectives, focusing on HR topics like Leadership & Competence development, Organisation & Change, Strengthen HR Core and Attract, Recruit & Onboard. You are part of an HR team of 5 employees in total.

• Co-shape HR - partner with the colleagues of your HR team to ensure that the support and services are of added value to the organisation.
• Build a strong management - coach managers in HR solutions and support them to drive individual and team performance.
• Enable Business Change – help shaping and designing an effective HR team that contributes to current and future business success.

What you bring

• Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related study
• Five years operational experience in HR
• The ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an international corporate environment across organisational boundaries
• Experience with SAP HR and Workday
• Fluency in Dutch and English
